Case Study
Objective
Build an integrated digital platform that unifies various port services and operations into a single ecosystem, improving efficiency, transparency, and ease of access for all users.
Process
The design process began with understanding the business workflows and user needs across multiple port services integrated within a single platform. I collaborated closely with business analysts and the development team to identify stakeholder requirements and translate them into simple, consistent, and intuitive user flows and interfaces. Through wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design reviews, the solution was continuously refined to support complex operational processes while delivering an optimal user experience.
Outcome
The final solution delivered an integrated platform that enables users to access a wide range of port services through a single portal.
